of the pk778 Platform

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Platform" — refers to the pk778 website accessible at pk778.io, including all sub-pages, features, game lobbies, betting interfaces, and account management areas.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers an account on, or uses any service offered by the pk778 platform.

• "BDT" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳. All transactions on pk778 are denominated in BDT.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for using the pk778 platform. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines referenced within them, including but not limited to the pk778 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the Bonus Terms applicable to any specific promotional offer.

3. Eligibility

Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of pk778 services, Players must complete the registration process by providing a valid email address, a username, a secure password, their full legal name, date of birth, and a Bangladesh-registered mobile number. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed accurately.

Upon successful registration, pk778 will create a BDT-denominated wallet associated with your account. This wallet is used for all deposit, withdrawal, and wagering transactions on the platform. The wallet balance shown in your account dashboard reflects your real-money funds only; Bonus Funds are tracked separately in your Bonus Balance where applicable.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk778 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk778 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following table summarises the key parameters governing deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing. pk778 strongly recommends completing KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawals are requested.

pk778 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside pk778's control. Players are responsible for confirming applicable fees with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

pk778 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed platform thresholds or that are flagged by internal risk monitoring systems. In such cases, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused pending satisfactory resolution of the verification request. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any accusation against the Player.

Deposits made to pk778 are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced on those funds. Requests for deposit reversal must be submitted before any wager has been placed and are subject to approval at pk778's sole discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk778 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, seasonal offers (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day specials), and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on each individual bonus offer page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Players with verified accounts in good standing.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any time unless pk778 explicitly states that simultaneous bonuses are permitted for a specific promotion.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered by the stated expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are shown in the Player's bonus dashboard.
• Bonus Abuse: pk778 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk, high-probability wagers to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure; and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Detection of any bonus abuse pattern will result in immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, reversal of winnings derived from those funds, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Modification & Cancellation: pk778 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion or to withdraw any promotional offer entirely at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while Players are actively participating, pk778 will make reasonable efforts to honour wagering progress accrued prior to the withdrawal date.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

pk778 offers sports betting (including live cricket markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), live casino games, slots, and crash games. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• Wager Confirmation: Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the pk778 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the details of any wager before confirming placement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface or game window and may vary by market type, event, game provider, and Player account tier.
• Settlement: Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the Board of Control for Cricket in India, the International Cricket Council). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of pk778's trading team is final.
• Void Bets: pk778 reserves the right to void any wager where the market was offered in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error, or where the outcome of the event was already determined at the time the wager was placed.
• Connectivity: pk778 is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted connectivity, disconnection from the platform during live play, or delays caused by the Player's internet service provider or mobile network. Wagers confirmed prior to a connectivity interruption remain valid and will be settled according to standard rules.
• Game Malfunction: In the event of a certified game malfunction affecting the outcome of a casino game or slot, the affected round(s) will be voided and the Player's stake returned. A "malfunction voids all pays" principle applies to all technical anomalies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on pk778. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a third-party identity.
• Providing false, stolen, or third-party identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports result manipulation, or insider information-based wagering.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or betting market.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the pk778 platform in a manner not permitted by pk778.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability on the platform. Any Player who discovers a bug is required to report it to [email protected] immediately and refrain from exploiting it.
• Attempting to launder money or use pk778 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct towards pk778 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

pk778 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Players. The following tools are available to every registered Player and can be accessed via the account settings menu or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they come into force.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated notifications that alert them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration threshold.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary self-suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, pk778 Login access for wagering is disabled.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk778 platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

Any unauthorised use of pk778 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the Player's licence to use the platform, account closure, and may result in legal action being pursued by pk778.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk778 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or expected value resulting from the suspension, termination, or modification of a Player's account.
• Any loss arising from platform downtime, technical failure, maintenance windows, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failure.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to read and comply with these Terms, the Bonus Terms applicable to a specific promotion, or the rules of any specific game or betting market.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the pk778 platform.
• Any loss caused by a third-party payment provider's processing delay, error, or system failure that is outside pk778's direct control.

Where pk778 is found to be liable under applicable law, its total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to their pk778 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by the wilful misconduct of pk778 or its employees — such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

pk778 collects, processes, and stores personal data as described in the pk778 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, pk778 collects personal data that Players provide during registration and KYC (including full name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email address, and identity documents), transaction data (including deposit and withdrawal records), and platform usage data (including login history, device information, and wagering activity). This data is used solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform, processing transactions, fulfilling regulatory compliance obligations, and providing customer support.

pk778 applies 256-bit TLS encryption to all data transmitted between Players and the platform. Player data is stored on secure servers and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. A Player's continued use of the pk778 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with the amended Terms, they should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance before the revised Terms take effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of pk778, pk778 encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pk778 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly. In cases where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to a senior complaints handler whose decision will be communicated to the Player in writing within 14 business days of escalation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through pk778's internal complaints process, it may be referred to an independent third-party dispute resolution body. Details of available dispute resolution channels will be provided to the Player at the time of escalation. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable law.
